As seems to be the case this summer, it was a nice sunny evening as we set off from the Nursery School to No 6 Lodge. This walk is along lesser trodden paths around Coppice. Crossing the embankment, we turned left at its end before doglegging back across a footpath over The Lowe. Going over another stile a concreted track is reached. At what is marked on the map as Tootal's Farm we turned left and followed a path to another dwelling. Here again we turned left and followed a path which led us back to the concreted track. We followed this all the way down to the ford at White Coppice |
